The Organizational Leadershp program at LaGrange College was designed by award-winning educators with experience in the professional world and through consultation with Scott Malone of the Development Authority of LaGrange.
Online
This 12-hour certificate is fully online and has no scheduled meetings in order to accommodate the busy schedules of working professionals.
With course content available 24/7 from any device with an internet connection, students can complete coursework from anywhere and at anytime.
Dates Offered
The certificate in Organizational Leadership requires 34 weeks of coursework to complete. New applicants are enrolled into a cohort of like-minded individuals and you'll go through the program, together.
The coursework follows a particular schedule.
- Foundations in Organizational Leadership. Begins each summer and is the entry point for the program.
- International Business. Runs in the following fall and follows the foundations course.
- Organizational Behavior. Runs in January and follows "International Business."
- Groups and High Performance Teams. Runs each spring and follows "Organizational Behavior."
