Instructions for Application
To apply for the Certification in Organizational Leadership at LaGrange College, you'll need the following items on hand:
- Your contact information.
- The name and address of your workplace.
- The name, phone number, and email address of the one who is recommending you for this program. Typically, this is a work supervisor.
- Your educational background. Including high school, GED, and college/university information.
- A letter of recommendation, written by the individual above, that shares why you are being recommended and speaks to your ability to work, multitask, and lead. This must be an uploadable document.
- The name, phone number, and email address of an individual in the Human Resources (HR) department.
- A brief (500 words or less) statement regarding why you want to enroll and be accepted into this program.
