Times Roman (or Times New Roman) is recommended for use in correspondence. This typeface family is available for use on your desktop computer.

The following example illustrates the proper placement of text on letterhead for both a typewritten and laser printed letter. See the text within the letter for specific instructions. This and other stationery templates are available to download at www.lagrange.edu/communications.

For letters longer than one page, the second (and following sheets) should not have the logo and address on them; they should be blank sheets that match the paper used on the letterhead.
