Details:: Did you know we have approximately 10 different foreign languages represented here on campus? You can hear each of these languages spoken at the Intercultural Speed Learning event hosted by the LaGrange College international students and faculty celebrating International Education Week, Nov. 18-22. Each student and faculty member will host a table where you’ll be introduced to the language and culture of their country. The Bahamas, Brazil, China, Northern Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Panama, and Paraguay are just some of the countries you’ll learn about. You’ll be asked to spend at least five minutes in each country to master some key phrases and learn about music, food, religion, and geography then travel to the next country. You’ll receive a flag button from each country you visit. Collect at least 6 flag buttons to earn CE credit.
