MGMT 4190 explores the critical role of human resources operations in managing strategic, tactical, and operational tasks that drive effective workforce management in global organizations. Students will examine policies, procedures, HR analytics, records management, HR information systems (HRIS), and organizational culture, with a focus on optimizing HR processes. The course also prepares students for the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) exam, which they are expected to complete before graduating from LaGrange College.
