Compensation and Benefits Administration

MGMT 4170 equips students with an understanding of total rewards systems and their critical role in advancing organizational goals. Students will explore the design and implementation of compensation structures, including base pay, incentive programs, employee benefits, and workers' compensation, while considering national and global perspectives. Topics include job analysis, pay structure design, legal and regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment of rewards to enhance employee motivation and organizational success.
