
The Goizueta Scholarship was made possible by the generosity of the Goizueta Foundation. Roberto C. Goizueta, the late CEO and chairman of the board of directors of the Coca Cola Company, established The Goizueta Foundation in 1992 to provide financial assistance to Hispanic and Latino students to pursue their undergraduate degrees at LaGrange College.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be of Hispanic/Latino origin and reside in the United States of America
- Accepted for admission to LaGrange College by the scholarship application deadline
- Submit a completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to the Office of Financial Aid
- Submit The Goizueta Scholarship Application and Essay
- Demonstrate financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid
Selection Criteria: Recipients will be selected based on
- High school Grade Point Average (GPA)
- SAT or ACT scores from official score reports
- Involvement in extracurricular and leadership activities
- Goizueta Scholarship essay
- Financial Need
Scholarship Award: Provides scholarships up to $3,000 annually (based on demonstrated need) for 4 years or 8 semesters
Deadline: June 30, 2020
Renewal: Renewal of the Goizueta Scholarship is conditional upon full-time, degree-seeking, enrollment at LaGrange College, continued pursuit of a bachelor’s degree, and in good academic standing.
