| The work of the Council will be organized through three committees: |

Before College Committee: Growing Family
Works with the Office of Admission to assist in recruitment efforts, particularly communicating with
parents of prospective students about the LaGrange College experience. |

During College Committee: Supportive Family
Works to offer support to our current students. This committee leads the efforts of the entire Council to be actively present and supportive during Freshman Orientation. It encourages and celebrates the LaGrange College spirit. |

Beyond College Committee: Family for Life
This committee assists the Career Development Center in its work of helping students discern their vocations and of creating a career net |

| The Council aims to support students and their families in the process of choosing the College, growing through college, and in maintaining their relationship with the institution beyond college. |
| Membership is open to all parents and family members of current and former students. Members will serve three-year terms, and Executive Committee members will serve two-year terms. Every family joining the Council will be asked to make an annual gift to the LaGrange College Family Fund. |
