And what does it mean for the students who will leave LaGrange College to lead in this world in the years beyond 2025? Most importantly, what should we do now to prepare? What does the rapidly changing world mean for “challenging the mind and inspiring the soul” in 2025? How should these implications be considered as the College begins its new strategic planning process? Participants will choose breakout groups themed by a strategic initiative and facilitated by representatives from the President's Blue Ribbon Task Forces. The discussion will frame questions to be considered during the planning process and also will identify questions for the World's Greatest Needs Panel.

What are the worlds’ greatest emerging needs? How can a church-related liberal arts college and its graduates meet those needs? The panelists have been asked to discuss these questions from their unique perspectives. Each Blue Ribbon strategies breakout group also will have the opportunity to pose a question to the panelists before a general question and answer time with participants. The concluding focus is this: How will LaGrange College use her greatest gifts to meet the world's greatest needs?
