Student Health Services are provided for LaGrange College students at Clark Holder Clinic. Office hours are 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday, and 8:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. on Saturday. Students are asked to call for an appointment time to prevent waiting. The student should present a student photo ID and insurance card at each visit.  Students are encouraged to only visit the West Georgia Medical Center Emergency Room outside of Clark Holder Clinic's hours of operation.

There will be no charge to the student for acute minor illnesses or injuries such as: 

  1. Bladder infections
  2. Cough, colds and flu
  3. ear or eye infections (conjunctivitis)
  4. Sore throat
  5. Sinus infections, runny nose or "allergies"
  6. Minor skin rashes and poison ivy
  7. Minor sprains and strains
  8. Low back pain

Other lab tests or procedures such as monospot, any other type of culture, blood pregnancy tests, CBC, cholesterol tests and injected medicines will be charged to the patient and/or their insurance carrier.

Extended visits, such as well-woman care (including Pap Smear), sexually transmitted disease work-ups, initial visits for chronic diseases such as diabetes or asthma will be charged to the patient and/or their insurance carrier.
