StressClass schedules, homework, exams, new places, new people and new situations make stress the constant companion of students.

The answer is to take time to take care of yourself. Take time for something exclusively for your own personal benefit. Take walks, exercise, read, paint, sculpt or anything that relaxes you. Make it a point to plan time to relax. And this means time other than sleeping. Make time, however little, to do something for yourself.

Be careful of using chemicals for relaxation. You may think they are helping you unwind but they are costing you more in the long run than you can imagine. If your stress turns into anxiety and gets to be more than you can handle get help. Find a counselor, tell your family, tell your friends. Stress and anxiety doesn't have to control your life.
