Graduate School
LaGrange College alumni attend graduate schools for all types of programs all
over the nation. Some of our graduates go straight into graduate school after
graduation while others wait to gain a few years of professional employment.
The Career Development Center holds an annual Graduate School Fair in October on
campus to allow LaGrange College students and alumni the opportunity to have contact
with Georgia Colleges and Universities.
Resources are available in the Career Development Center covering graduate admission
essays; graduate schools in the United States; preparing for the GRE, GMAT, MCAT,
PCAT, DAT, NCLEX and LSAT; how to write a personal statement for graduate school;
the application process; entrance testing; and much more.
Graduate Testing:
The Career Development Center, along with Kaplan, holds an annual Kaplan Test
Drive for students and alumni. Students and alumni can take a free practice
exam from the comfort of their very own computer and will receive scores upon completion.
This test shows the student/alumni the formatting of the real test and can be used
as an addition to studying for the exam. The test is open for freshman-alumni.
Signing up for graduate testing: Remember you must contact the actual testing
programs to register. LaGrange College cannot register you for these exams.
