What is On-Campus Recruitment? It is your chance to get your name out to the LaGrange
College student body. The Career Development Center takes care of advertising with
students, alumni, and professors that would be attending. A recruitment table
is available in the dining hall, offering the most contact with students as well
as a location to conduct individual interviews. Depending on the time of
year, some employers are able to speak to classes about their companies.

LaGrange College Career Development Center Policies
The LaGrange College Career Development Center allows no solicitation or sale
of goods or services. Companies requiring an employment-related fee from students
or graduates are not eligible to recruit at LaGrange College. The LaGrange College
Career Development Center reserves the right to deny participation in events to
companies who display unprofessional behavior, as determined by the Career Development
Center Staff.
All job postings and position announcements cannot be displayed on campus without
being approved by the Career Development Center.
Employers cannot come onto campus to recruit LaGrange College Students and/or
Alumni without being approved by the Career Development Center. NO EXCEPTIONS!
LaGrange College and the Career Development Center does not allow recruitment
in campus dorms
