Head Coach Jeff GeeterHead Coach Jeff Geeter
Geeter begins his 17th season as the Panthers' head men's coach. The Panther men are 77-202-7 under Geeter, including last year's 7-10 mark. He has a career record as a men's soccer coach is 92-234-7.

Geeter guided the 1993 men's team to a 10-7 record and a runner-up finish in the NAIA District 25 playoffs. The 10 wins were the second highest total in the Panthers' soccer history.

Under Geeter, the Panthers have produced three all-region players, 18 all-conference players and five academic All-Americans.
Geeter, an Atlanta native, came to LaGrange from his alma mater of Tennessee Wesleyan. He was the men and women's head coach from 1986 until accepting the Panthers' head job in 1990.

Geeter started his collegiate playing career at Andrew College in Cuthbert, Ga. before attending the University of Alabama at Huntsville.
He transferred to Tennessee Wesleyan, graduating with a B.A. degree in health and physical education.

At Tennessee Wesleyan, Geeter was named to the all-conference, all-district, all-area and NAIA All-American teams. He was the team's most valuable defensive player as a goalkeeper, leading TWC to the bigest turnaround in school history with a 17-4 record.  It was a 12-win improvement from the previous year. Geeter was inducted into the school's Athletic Hall of Fame in 2002.

Geeter is married to Dianne Frazier and they have a son, Zach, 17.

Assisant Coach Keita Placide
Placide will assist Geeter this season on the men's side.  He will assist in coordinating practices, conditioning/workouts, among other administrative duties of the program. 

Prior to LaGrange College, Placide was the head soccer coach at Atlanta Soccer Academy, where he had been since 2004.  He is no stranger to LC, having been an assisstant here in 2003 and 2004.  He is a 2002 graduate of the College of the Cumberlands with a Bachelor of Science degree in History with a minor in Psychology. 

During his last two years at Cumberland, Placide was named team captain and Mid-South All-Conference.  He was also voted the team's MVP as a sophomore and as a senior, along with an honorable mention All-Mid-South Conference as a sophomore.
