Rhodes players of the week announced

LaGrange College head football coach Todd Mooney announced the team players of the week for the week ending Sept. 9 for the Rhodes game. The players of the week are: Nick Langley, offense; Nathan Masters, defense; Brad Burchette, special teams; Marlon Bradley, scout team offense and Bill Funderburk, scout team defense.

Langley, a sophomore, caught two passes for 15 yards and a touchdown. For the season, he leads the team with seven receptions for 101 yards.  Masters, a senior, had two solo tackles and three assists for five total tackles. Burchette, a sophomore, returned two kickoffs for 35 yards, including a 22-yard return.
