Peek begins first season as Panthers' head coach

Chuck Peek begins his first year as the head men's and women's cross country coach.  Peek was a three-year letterman for the Panthers in cross country.  He helped lead the Panthers to back-to-back GSAC men's championships in 2004 and 2005. Peek earned all-conference honors both years with a second place and fifth place finish.  The Panthers were conference runner-ups in Peek's final year on the team. Peek also was a two-time GSAC All-Academic selection. In addition to being on the cross country team, Peek lettered three years in swimming and a year in tennis. He served as the assistant coach for the swim team last season. Peek holds a degree in history and a minor in religion from LaGrange. He graduated in 2006.
