Cromwell named GSAC player of the week

LaGrange College's Joe Cromwell is the GSAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending Dec. 10. Cromwell helped the Panthers split two games last week.

The junior forward averaged 21 points and six rebounds per game in two games. He shot 60.9 percent from the field (14-for-23) and 92.3 percent from the free throw line (12-for-13). Cromwell also had eight blocked shots and six assists.

Cromwell is second on the team and fourth in the GSAC in scoring. He is averaging 17.1 points per game. Cromwell leads the Panthers and the GSAC with 12 blocks in nine games.
