Panthers upend Piedmont to reach GSAC Championship Tournament final

Joe Cromwell's buzzer beater lifted LaGrange to a 69-67 win over Piedmont in the semifinals of the GSAC Championship Tournament on Friday. The Panthers will now face top-seeded and three-time defending champion Maryville in the championship game Saturday.

Panthers place five on GSAC basketball all-conference teams

LaGrange placed five players on the 2009-10 Great South Athletic Conference basketball all-conference teams. The Panthers had two named to the all-conference team, one as Freshman of the Year and two earned all-academic honors.

Panthers edge Huntingdon 66-62 on Senior Night

LaGrange College rallied in the second half for a 66-62 GSAC win over Huntingdon College on Thursday at Mariotti Gym. The Panthers, now 8-17 overall and 2-4 in the GSAC, closed out the regular season with their third straight win.
