Sunny Gables This multipurpose facility serves as the permanent home for alumni, as well as for the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations and Events Coordinator. Library Alumni and other "friends of the college" are encouraged to use the LaGrange College Library. All alumni and other "friends" are further encouraged to support the library through annual contributions to the Friends of the LaGrange College Library. Such contributions should be directed to the Office of Stewardship & Leadership Development at the College.
Upon payment of a $25 Library User Fee alumni and other "friends" (must be residents of the State of Georgia) may be given library privileges including having up to five (5) items checked out at any period of time. Checks, money orders, or cash in the amount of $25 will be accepted as payment. Checks or money orders should be made payable to LaGrange College. A library card with a bar code will be provided, and that card, together with a photo ID, will be required when checking out materials. Library privileges expire one (1) year from the date the card was issued.
College Facilities College facilities, including the Chapel, the Bailey Room and Callaway Auditorium, are available for public use for a fee. Contact the campus events coordinator at 706-880-8341.
Dining Hall The LaGrange College Dining Hall is operated by ARAMARK, Inc. The Dining Hall is open to the public and serves three meals Monday-Saturday and two meals on Sunday when school is in session. Catering services also are available. Aqua/Sports Complex The Aqua/Sports Complex on the Callaway Campus of LaGrange College is an impressive array of recreational and fitness facilities, including a natatorium, outdoor leisure pool, tennis courts, gymnasium and fitness center.
Alumni and other friends are invited to purchase a pass to the Aqua/Sports Complex. Yearly passes for the entire complex or for individual facilities are available. Passes for the natatorium only are also available on a yearly or seasonal basis.

Facilities are closed during College holiday periods in November, December, March, Easter and other special times. Schedules may vary from quarter to quarter. During Christmas holidays, the Fitness and Aerobics Centers will remain open until approximately one week prior to Christmas and will reopen the beginning of the Winter Quarter.

Donations to the Loyalty Fund are tax-deductible. Fees for passes are for use of facilities and, therefore, are not tax-deductible.
Transcripts To receive an official transcript from LaGrange College, fax 706-880-8025 or mail your request to the Registrar's Office, 601 Broad Street, LaGrange, GA 30240. Include in your request: your full name, your name as a student, any additional names you had as a student, your social security number, your home address and the address where you want your transcript to be sent. All requests must contain a hand-written signature.
If you request your official transcript to be sent to your home address, it will be mailed in a separate sealed envelope not to be opened.
If you want a transcript for your personal records, an unofficial "student copy," will be sent to you. There is no charge to LaGrange College alumni for this service.
