Federal Direct Loan, Perkins Loan, and TEACH Grant

Entrance/Exit Counseling

Federal regulations require all first-time Federal Direct Loan and Perkins Loan borrowers to complete Federal Direct Loan Entrance Counseling and/or Perkins Loan Entrance Counseling before receiving the first disbursement of their loan proceeds. TEACH Grant recipients must complete entrance counseling annually as well as complete an Agreement to Serve.  If you are transferring to LaGrange College from another institution, you must also complete entrance counseling. Students who are graduating or transferring to another institution and received a Federal Perkins Loan, Direct Loan, or TEACH Grant will in attendance at LaGrange College must complete Exit Counseling.
