April’s hometown is Covington, Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from LaGrange College in 2010.  She enjoys singing and acting, going to the movies and reading. The TV shows she never misses? The Vampire Diaries, Supernatural, Game of Thrones and  MLP: Friendship is Magic.

What does April look for in a student? “I'm looking for students who are excited about furthering their education at a liberal arts college where they can get personal attention from their professors; someone who can't wait to be involved in either academics, campus life or both. I want to find students who feel that LaGrange College is their second home, and who will love attending small classes on our beautiful hilltop campus.” 

What does she like about her job? “I like helping students with different interests find a college where they fit in. I enjoy giving students information about LaGrange College and offering personal stories about life on The Hill that only a graduate would know.”
