MAT: Master of Arts in Teaching

  • Earn your Master of Arts in Teaching and your high school or middle grades teacher's certification in one year. 
  • Certifications available in most subject areas.
  • Receive your master's-level pay as soon as you begin your career as a certified teacher.

  • Only one year of coursework required
  • You're prepared for National Boards, a specialist degree and/or doctoral work thanks to the program's research orientation.
  • Low student-to-professor ratio ensures personal learning.

  • Become a Teacher Leader in just 14 months.
