ENTRY PROCEDURE • FORM • FEE   (Download the Entry Form here.)

Paintings, Prints and Drawings:
Complete the Entry Form in this prospectus and send it to the LaGrange Art Museum together with a CD containing no more than four (4) .jpg or .jpeg images, one per work, and a $25 nonrefundable entry fee. Images should be quality photos that accurately show the work. Write your name on the CD with a permanent marker and label the images on the CD with the corresponding number from the entry form. Do not send slides or DVD's. Make your check payable to LGN XXV; do not send cash. If you submit multiple entries, you must send a separate Entry Form, CD and $25 entry fee for each entry. Your entry must be received by the LaGrange Art Museum by 5 pm January 11, 2008.

You may enter more than one category by submitting a separate entry form, images and fee for each category entered.

SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE
Include a business size (#10), self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) for notification. By including an SASE, you ensure that your notification will be mailed to you promptly.

NOTIFICATION
We will notify you of the Juror's decision on or about February 8, 2008. The sponsors will retain CD's of works accepted for exhibition.

EXHIBITION
Works accepted by the Jurors will be exhibited at two venues. Paintings, Prints and Drawings will be exhibited at the LaGrange Art Museum. Photography, Ceramics, Sculpture, and Decorative Art will be exhibited at the Lamar Dodd Art Center. The exhibitions will open with a gala banquet and public receptions on March 1, 2008. The exhibitions will be on view through April 24, 2008. No work accepted for the exhibition may be withdrawn before the close of the exhibition. Once your work has been accepted, you cannot substitute another work.

PRESENTATION OF WORK
Paintings, Prints & Drawings: Work must be framed, ready for hanging with wire in place. Works on paper must be matted with white or off-white mats, under plastic glazing, not glass. Maximum framed size may not exceed 84 inches in either height or width.
Photographs: should be framed for exhibition with at least a three (3) inch white or off-white matted border and should not exceed 4 feet in width or length under plastic glazing, not glass.
Sculpture, Ceramics & Decorative Art: Work should not exceed six (6) feet in any direction or weigh more than 400 pounds. Artwork requiring installation must be delivered and installed by the artist. At the end of the exhibition, installation pieces must be disassembled and picked up by the artist.

SALES • REPRODUCTION • CATALOG
The sponsors are not commercial galleries. However, as a conve¬nience to exhibiting artists, they will provide contact information to prospective purchasers. No commission will be charged for this service. The sponsors reserve the right to reproduce accepted works for publicity purposes and the catalog. A color catalog of the exhibition will be sent to all exhibitors. Additional catalogs will be available for $5 each, postpaid.

DELIVERY • RETURN OF WORK
All work accepted for exhibition must be delivered by hand or carrier to the correct exhibition site between February 9 and February 22, 2008, You must pay the cost of shipment to the exhibition site. The sponsors will not accept COD shipments. The sponsors will pay the cost of returning work, except for oversize (more than 130 inches combined length and girth) or overweight (more than 70 pounds) shipments. You must prepay (provide funds), identify your preferred shipper, and make arrangements for return of oversize or overweight works.

LIABILITY
The sponsors will take all reasonable precautions to ensure protection of submitted work while it is in their custody. Your work will be insured for the duration of the exhibition and storage. Neither the sponsors nor personnel connected to the exhibition assume liability for damage incurred or loss of work while in transit. You should insure your work when shipping.

AGREEMENT
Submitting an Entry Form to the LaGrange National XXV constitutes your agreement with all condi¬tions in this Prospectus.
