Why Organizational Leadership?
LaGrange College at Albany's master's program in Organizational Leadership prepares you for the changing organizational structures of the 21st century.
This program benefits emerging leaders, managers and administrators by providing hands-on experience with strategic planning, servant-leadership, conflict management and diversity training—and both written and verbal communication skills. The degree is based on the principle that effective leadership underlies successful careers in all business, organizational and professional settings.
The curriculum is accelerated. Courses are taught at night to a small group (cohort) of 12 or fewer students. Classes are held one night per week for four hours for about 18 months.
