WATER AEROBICS BOOT CAMP

9:00 – 10:30am
This event is a high intensity water workout that uses the resistance of the water to tone muscle, increase stamina, and burn calories.
We will be working in deep and shallow water; as well as performing some exercises out of the pool.
What to bring:
- Comfortable swimming attire
- Water Bottle
- Towel or mat for floor exercises
8:00AM-8:50AM (Deep water)
9:00AM-9:50AM (Shallow water)
