WATER AEROBICS BOOT CAMP

June 6, July 18, August 8
9:00 – 10:30am

This event is a high intensity water workout that uses the resistance of the water to tone muscle, increase stamina, and burn calories.

We will be working in deep and shallow water; as well as performing some exercises out of the pool.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable swimming attire
  • Water Bottle
  • Towel or mat for floor exercises

COST: $5.00
